I Have A Weird One, And An Embarrising One, I

I have a weird one, and an embarrising one, I think there is something wrong with my colon or prostate. When I urinate there is stuff coming out that looks like sperm in my pee. also I have problems with the pressure, and when I do have sex it seems not to come out, not all of it anyway, it just drips, it also feels like I have to go to the toilet all the time.
