I Have A Weird Red/ Purple Thing That Almost Looks

I have a weird red/ purple thing that almost looks like a muscle coming out of my throat. I have tonsil crypts and it tore all of them into one and this huge dark red thing is poking out of one side and the other side it looks like swiss cheese but all dark red/ purple too with white on it too. My throat is sore. I'm really dizzy and nauseous lately and having kind of a hard time breathing in my chest. I'm a smoker. Have been for 4 years i'm 18. I'm scared it could be cancer? Am i just freaking myself out?
