I Have A Weird Sensation In My Right Nostril When

I have a weird sensation in my right nostril when I inhale. This started after a sneezing fit. Is it possible that something may have been damaged from all the sneezing? I have seasonal allergies, but this has never happened before. Should I be concerned?
