I Have A Weird Sort Of Dry Spot Thin Line

I have a weird sort of dry spot thin line on the upper right side of my lip. It runs almost through the middle section of the lip itself and covers the length of the lip and a tiny little section after in the corner of my mouth. It started as bumps first but now it is dry and flaky. It feels uncomfortable. No matter what I put on my lipos it isn't getting better. it's been about 4 or 5 days.
