I Have A Weird Squilly Formation That Could Be A

I have a weird squilly formation that could be a vein in the shaft of my penis . I am scared because it has grown for a little lump (almost like a pebble) to this long arratic, squilly hard lumps (almost like a piece of soaghetti) with blotches of hardish pebble, very small lumps ..
I have recently been trying to stretch and complete exercises to make my dick bigger. I have since stopped noticing the growth of these tiny lumps that bring no pain except for it I put pressure on one particular area. What is this??
How can I try to get rid of it without hurting myself more and not being able to go to the doctor yet since I'm between insurance.
