I Have A Weird Thing Going On. My Outer Thigh

I have a weird thing going on. My outer thigh (on one leg only) feels tingly and then the skin is super itchy. There is no visible rash. No bug bite. This has been going on for a month or more. The numbness or tingly thing is going on at the same time as the itchiness. It's so weird. What could it be?
