I Have A White Cottage Cheese Like Stuff On The

I have a white cottage cheese like stuff on the outside lips of my vagina (labia). It does not burn just is uncomfortable as I can tell hen it is there.... If I bathe and clear it off it ill come back by evening. It does not itch either. Now as of today I seem to have a hard knot inside my labia that I can feel. What could this be?
