I Have A White Head In My Ear, That Hurts

I have a white head in my ear, that hurts like heck!!! It is swollen and the pain started last week, but I noticed before pain came felt as if I was having a sinus infection. Between my sister and I we were able to get most of the yucky stuff out. It still is sore but not as bad as before. Before my face was throbbing
