I Have A White Line At The Back Of Throat,

I have a white line at the back of throat, it feels irritated when I cough and the last three mornings it feels like something is in my throat and is hard to swallow and when I cough it hurts in my throat and nose.It actually bus in my nose when I cough and when I blow my nose it's green.Any idea what may be going on?
