I Have A White Lump In The Back Of My

I have a white lump in the back of my throat on my right adnoid, it looks to have a red line over it, and cannot be removed. It has not caused me much pain, but when I have a slight sore throat with swollen lymph nodes it is a little sore. I noticed it a few months ago, and I am getting very nervous it could be more serious then I thought. I had a physical in Aug., and my Pcp checked my throat but never said anything about it.
