I Have A White Mark To Follow Scratches That Stays

I have a white mark to follow scratches that stays for about 10-15 minutes. When I scratch, no matter how hard, there is always a white line to follow. After my skin is scratched, it feels like pins are poking me and the skin around the scratch is tightening. It takes about 1 minute to form. I do have keratosis pilaris.
