I Have A White Spot On My Glosopalatin Arch In

I have a white spot on my glosopalatin arch in right side and around that is whitish or yelloish color and the left glosopalatin is like dark red or violet its a little painful (and its for 10days I feel my ophthalmic nurve sensitivity on my for head and right side of my face and also headache before seeing that white spot today)
I am newly graduated dentistry student . and I thought maybe its shingle on the ophthalmic nurve !
