I Have A Whitish/yellowish Bump On My Upper Eye Lid,

I have a whitish/yellowish bump on my upper eye lid, through out school it got bigger. It's really itchy, its all red and is unite painful, how do I get rid of it and prevent it from happening again?

I do wear eye makeup (mascara) if it means anything
