I Have A Wisdom Tooth Coming In On My Right

I have a wisdom tooth coming in on my right side, my neck and tonsils are swollen as well as my gums around my wisdom tooth on the bottom. I have no health insurance and I'm not sure if I have options to go anywhere other than the ER, is there anything that I can do at home to make the pain subside?
