I Have A Wound On My Leg That Was Almost

I have a wound on my leg that was almost healed and now has flared up, if I keep it totally dry no cover it itches and stays red if I put anything on it it burns and drains a lot, I have now also developed a itchy rash on my upper body .. any clues what to do
