I Have A Wrinkled Penis Head And Scabs On The

I have a wrinkled penis head and scabs on the penis head. It occurred after having sex with my girlfriend this past weekend. Before I got there everything was normal but Saturday night we had sex multiple times. We just got tested for STDS in May and came back clean. My penis head looks bruised a little with small cuts/wrinkles and I am trying to figure out my best approach.
