I Have A Yeast Infection. I'm Having A Hard Time

I have a yeast infection. I'm having a hard time putting monistat 7. I have been using it for 3 nights now. It is the most uncomfortable thing ever. I am not sure if its even going on where its supposed to be. I am also taking flagyl tablet for antibiotic.
Is there any tablet by mouth that I can drink as alternative to monistat?
