I Have A Yeast Infection But When I Wipe It

I have a yeast infection but when I wipe it looks to me like dirt is on the tissue I'm pregnant n just wondering is this worst then a yeast infection cause I took one of them at home test for yeast infections or bacteria infection and it came out as normal which mean a possible yeast infection could you help me please
