I Have A Yeast Infection In My Groin Area. I

I have a yeast infection in my groin area. I also have sores in the same area. I know you cant use antibotic ointment with a yeast infection. What can I use on the sores to heal them that will not make the yeast worse. I can not afford to see a doctor.
