I Have A15 Years Son That Has Been Exhibiting Some

I have a15 years son that has been exhibiting some concerning behaviors of late. He is very quick to over react even to small things, has a hard time letting things go seems to dwell. Has a very strong sugar drive seems to have no self control for it. Has dramatic mood swings at times much worse if tired. And has developed a strong facial tic where he will purse his lips and or flex or manipulate his chin, this comes and goes but when it is occurring it will happen numerous times per minute often with a series lasting several seconds. Not sure what is happening but appreciate any insight you have. Thanks
