I Have Abnormal Periods I'm Ttc And I Have Been

I have abnormal periods I'm ttc and I have been watching my cervix for over three weeks now it's really high and soft and my discharge is clear no smell or itch. I went to the bathroom and noticed that I had pink on the toilet paper. I was wondering if I could be pregnant I tested two days ago and negative on both. Any advice.
