I Have About 6 Spots Under My Left Arm And

I have about 6 spots under my left arm and one on each hip. These spots are quarter sized, a couple are larger, and they have been there for 9 months. Occasionally, they will swell up but most of the time they are flat. They are purplish in color similar to a bruise. Thanks for any information.
