I Have About A Dime Sized Barely Red Circle On

I have about a dime sized barely red circle on my inner right thigh. It doesn't itch or look horrible or scaly or anything at all really, it's just there and has been there for about a week now. no changes. I was thinking about a ringworm, but other than the placement and shape it doesn't have any other symptoms.
