I Have Aching Muscles And All Body Neuralgia That Comes

I have aching muscles and all body neuralgia that comes on in the afternoon. It is accompanied by a general feeling of malaise. There is also mild dizziness in the morning. I also have occasiona all body "goose bumps". This has been occurring for about a week. I had the flu shot in September.
