I Have Acne In My Skin.I Am Using Nadibact Gel

I have acne in my skin.I am using nadibact gel 1% twice per day.I am taking azitral 500mg afte dinner and tritiva20afte lunch.but still my skin is full of acne specilly in the checks in face.sometimes the skin burns and there is also itching problem.what should I do now????
