I Have Acne On My Face. Its Gets Oily And

I have acne on my face. Its gets oily and sometimes extra dry. I dont like using moisturiser cream i get lot of side effects of it. Is there anything else i can use to get rid of it. And arround my neck its really red. My nose always looks oily too. Can you help please.
