I Have Acne With Brown Or Black Pus. They Never

I have acne with brown or black pus. They never come to a head so there are also a lot of cyts. Do you know what this is and how to cure it? I've been to many Dermatologists and I'm on Doxycycline, Clindamycin Topical Lotion and Gentamicin Sulfate .1%. 3 mo ago the cysts continued down 1 side of my neck, chest, shouldar and back. Help!!!
