I Have Acrylic Nails And About Two Days Ago I

I have acrylic nails and about two days ago I hit my steering wheel with the tip of my nail and it kind of lifted up the top of my nail out of my cuticle on the sides and now there is a yellow gooey discharge that smells. I still have the fake now on my nail because it hurts so bad and I just don't know what to do
