I Have Acute Bronchitis And Am Sore All Over From

I have acute bronchitis and am sore all over from the coughing, but I've always had low back pain (constant), now when I cough I can feel what I guess is my lower spine or even my tailbone shifting/moving from front to back with each cough. What is this and why is it happening?
