I Have Acute Chronic Pain, I'm Taking 3-525 Percocet Prescribed

I have acute chronic pain, I'm taking 3-525 percocet prescribed by my doctor for many years now. It is not helping, as-well-as a "Pain Management" group couldn't help either. I'm also worried about drug interactions that show up on many lists here & elsewhere. Can you help? BTw, recent heart attacks/triple bypass preformed 5 months ago...
