I Have Acute Infection Under My Tongue Since Last 2

I have acute infection under my tongue since last 2 yrs . I am not getting any remedy , have taken so many vitamins but of no help. at times it becomes very aggravated for say 20 days then subsides automatically. But it is not cured totally. When I wake up the pain is severe.
