I Have Acute Kidney Disease (not On Dialysis Though), Liver

I have acute kidney disease (not on dialysis though), liver disease, three artificial heart valves and a pacemaker. I've been coughing for about three months, feel tired much of the time, experience rapid heart beats, and have lost more weight. Today the doctor told me he thinks I may have congestive heart failure. He will call me tomorrow after looking at my chest X-ray and blood test. I have a strong feeling he is right. I don't want to take more medications (I'm on Tikosyn, warfarin, diuretics and blood pressure meds). I'm 67 and had my 2nd open heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic last year. I'm not sure what I'm asking . . . I guess I'd like to know what my chances are of survival. Feeling quite depressed.
