I Have Acute Maxillary Sinusitis , Epistaxis, And I Have

I have acute maxillary sinusitis , epistaxis, and I have nose bleeds quite frequently for many years the blood vessels in my nose are very close to the surface of the inner nose, any irritation causes the nose to bleed and is difficult to stop the ble ending. The nose was cauterized numerous times to stop the bleeding. I was also told I have a sinus infection and was given a RX of AMO/K CLAV 875-125 mg tab, one every 12 hr. I can't take this medication is there a RX that is better tolerated.
