I Have Acute-onset Low Back Pain Which Is Radiating From

I have acute-onset low back pain which is radiating from the right buttock through the hip and to the lateral and anterior quad, stopping superior to the knee. I was fine yesterday, then stood up from the couch and there it was. Today, it seems to be starting to radiate to the left side. Since this began, I have been taking 800mg ibuprofen tid; Baclofen 10mg tabs 2 tid; and intermittently icing and heating the low back. I am usually very active and run, lift weights, use a treadmill and bowflex. Haven't worked out x2 weeks d/t holidays/schedule. Hx of C4-C5 disc herniation and ACF 9 years ago. I think II herniated L2 in the most stupid way.
