I Have Acute Pain In My Right Lower Back And

I have acute pain in my right lower back and a red rash over my torso, back and front. I thought I had pulled a muscle but the pain has centralised to the right hand side lower back but above my buttock. I feel ok but the appearance of the rash has confused me, I usually get that when I am battling an infection.
