I Have Added Some Weight Around Me Middle Over The

I have added some weight around me middle over the past year due to stress. I also have a slow gut due to surgery. Recently I have noticed that I will fluff up if I eat the wrong thing. It is like my belly is full of yeast and if I eat refined sugars I grow six inches. Is there any way of changing this? Could it be leaky gut? I had a pinched gut last year caused by a belly button hernia.
