I Have Afib And I Am Obese And I Drink

I have afib and I am obese and I drink too much. I am on Bp meds and bistolic. I drove several hours the other day to get my son from college. We got into bad weather and I was I the car for 9-10 hours. When I woke in the morning I had a severe cramp in the right calf. First it was my calf but my knee and hamstring have started hurting. I suspected my knee and hamstring pain was related to compensating for my calf. I feel fine other than right leg. Is it likely a deep blood clot and if so is it emergent?
