I Have Afib Condition Medicated With 75 Mg X 2

I have afib condition medicated with 75 mg x 2 daily of tambacor and 150 minax. My blood pressure normal is around 115/83 with pulse of 55.last night 4pm my blood pressure elevated to 160 but pulse stayed at 49. I felt like I was going into afib but this subsided. My stomach was tight. Should I be concerned
