I Have All Normal Blood Work And My Ultrasound Showed

I have all normal blood work and my ultrasound showed everything looked good except a slight dialated pancreatic duct. I am 49, exercise and eat healthy. I had my appendinx out in April and a CT of the abdomen and everything else was fine and an enscopy for heartburn in November was normal. Could there be anything wrong
