I Have All The Symptpoms Of Thyroid Disorder Hypo Yet

I have all the symptpoms of thyroid disorder hypo yet my doctor said the test are fine i have extreme dry skin ,my hair fallls out often, difficulty swallowing i even get straangled on liquids,un explained weight gain,fatigue i think they arent taking me serious that i am just looking for a reason for the weight gain i recently gained 18pounds in little than a monthmydiet didnt change if any i was eating less how can the test be normal
