I Have Allergies And Often Use Benadryl Or Other Medicines

I have allergies and often use Benadryl or other medicines such as allegra and I started back using Nasacort. Today I had some pollen issues and my right side upper chest area hurt. Then I noticed I had a vision problem. I've had it before and it happens when I'm exposed to some allergen. Is there a choice of Flonase or Nasacort and maybe an over the counter medicine I can use? I'm making an appointment with a respiratory doctor too.
