I Have Allergies Year Round And Sinus Problems. My Hair

I have allergies year round and sinus problems. My hair has broken off at the set-top of my head. When I tug on that broken spot I feel my sinus opening. Could my sinus problems be the cause of my hair breakage? What can I use to treat this spot? Nothing seems to penetrate that area.
