I Have Almost Recovered From A Week Long Viral Fever

I have almost recovered from a week long viral fever and now a new problem has risen. My palms and sole of my feet have started itching. There are no signs of rashes or anything. But I couldn't sleep last night because of the itching and today also the same is happening. Is there any solution to stop the itching ASAP? I am in desperate need of advice right now.
