I Have Alot Of Congestion And Taking Mucinex To Get

I have alot of congestion and taking Mucinex to get rid of phlem but I cannot spit it out. Get it up but I'm not a spitter . I guess my question is Is it possible for me to pass phlem through poop? Sounds gross but I just cannot spit it out I swallow...
