I Have Already Died From A Spider Bite In 07

I have already died from a spider bite in 07 & had open heart surgery I am 48 now I have a very large swollen painful bite/boil on my calf I can't even touch it besides hot compress is there anything I can do or use to get the poison out so it don't hurt so bad
