I Have Already Had A Anterior Cervical Discectomy And Fusion

I have already had a anterior cervical discectomy and fusion on C5-6. I now have an MRI which states C4-5 demonstrates paracentral disc protrusion with abutment of the ventral cord. Moderate acquired central canal stenosis,. Abutment of the existing nerve roots. Can I do anything but surgery. Chiropractor and injections of homeopathic anti-inflammatory give me less than a week of relief? Any suggestions?
