I Have Already Had A Right Hip Replacement Last July

I have already had a right hip replacement last July
My left hip is now causing pain 24/7
My Doctor had mentioned the possibility of an injection procedure that would at least reduce pain and allow me to hold off on surgery
I am looking for the pros and cons of that procedure
