I Have Already Missed My Periods For Two Months But

I have already missed my periods for two months but my house tests come out to be negative. I met my GYN and she advised me to take SUSTEN 200mg twice daily for 5 continuous days. On the third day i find myself spotting light brown and on the next day it is red but just spots while using washroom.
What should id o now?
can i be pregnant?
