I Have Already Went To The Doctor Last Week And

I have already went to the doctor last week and I was told I have a upper respiratory infection as well as a sinus infection. I was give an antibiotic called cefuroxime. I feel worse. My glands on my throat feel swollen which is making it hard to swallow and making my ears pop. I have a low fever as well as body pains. Should I go to the hospital or is this normal for the antibiotic.
