I Have Always Had A Bp Of 102/ 60 To

I have always had a bp of 102/ 60 to 90/ 50...but after experienci g chronis headaches, sweats, n mild heart palipatations...it has been anywhere from 188/90 to 192/96....why now? Yes I smoke a pk of cigarettes a week but I am adopted n have no medical history from either parent. Could this be hereditary. I am also a liver cancer survivor. To bad I am broke n on soc sec....thank you anyway.
